Playing Battlefield 2 is ...

I'm actually quite surprised this hasn't been done yet, but here we go!

Unless a completely rediculous rig equipped with quad 7800 gtx's spontaneously materializes and telefrags my shit box the only thing I can do in 16 fps, lag spikes, consistent shell shock and over tweaked mouse smoothing in most maps is bunny hop and pull off bs and thus my whole bf2 experience results as total crap.

The bugs and glitches are too numerous and annoying to mak it a really good game, which is a shame....

The game has(/had?) so much potential, but some poor decisions on EA/Dice's part and horrible support after has diluted the game for me.

From the looks of this forum I've gotten that idea too. A LOT of ppl are turned off by the bugs in the game. Personally, BF2 is pretty neat when you get in a server of ppl that really know how the game should be played. If there are a bunch of new guys just running around doing their own thing then the game can get pretty stupid. On the other hand, when the whole command structure built into the game actually is being used it can be a lot of fun. Bugs will be bugs, and no game is perfect.

But, partially on your side, I bet EA after the release of BF2 cut a lot of ppl off the whole BF2 game project only to put them on something new. That's why it's taking so long to fix bugs, reply to complaints, etc.
