For some reason both of my servers have stop tracking?? They have both been tracking for a good few months now, but due to a problem with the 2nd server I had to change the FTP address. I've edited the server settings and submitted it, but its been saying pending for a few days now? Also, I've tried the FTP link that your server uses and everything is pointing in the right direction.

I thought when your server tries to scan ours, it would go back to normal. But nothing has happened.

I have tried to re-register both servers, but its saying they still exist in the database.

I don't understand why it has stopped tracking the servers as I've only changed the folder where the log files are located and the FTP is pointing to the correct folders.

I don't mean to be a pain and I'm sure you guys are busy enough as it is. But one of our servers is packed solid everyday and the log file is growing by the minute. I hate keeping massive log files for the reason they take ages to open when you want to find some information out.

BTW, our 2nd servers is currently down because of issues with the mod its using, but you will still find the log file where the FTP path takes you. 87.106.70.95:28960

If anything, I would prefer to just get our 1st server sorted as soon as possible... 87.106.70.95:29960

Well that's the thing, both servers were being tracked. But I had a problem with my modded server as it wasn't getting tracked because I moved the logfile location. Now, I had to change the FTP path pointing to the logfiles for both servers, I have tested the paths with the FTP log in details I supplied to CoD4Tracker and they both work fine, but the tracker server for some reason hasn't scanned both of my servers and its stuck on "Pending". I've done nothing different apart from changing the FTP paths.

I'm hoping so... :S
