Quite a few people who were transferred here from aaotracker have the same question regarding accounts.
They had an account at aaotracker.com and one here on battletracker.com. With transferring accounts from aaotracker, Homey did his best to merge these accounts by looking for matching emailaddresses. While this worked for a great number of accounts, it didn't for everybody.
This is why some people can't find their aao stats or their primary aaotracker account. But don't worry, Homey is weorking on a function that will allow you to merge accounts on your own accord. Until then, here's an example of how the problem presents itself and an explanation how you can work around it for the time being.

Example
John had accounts with the same name SuperJohn at both aaotracker.com and battletacker.com. His account at aaotracker had the emailadress superjohn@aaotracker.com and his battletracker account had superjohn@battletracker.com.
Because the emailaddresses didn't match up, the accounts weren't merged. Because of this, after the transfer John had two accounts here: 'SuperJohn' and 'Duplicate SuperJohn'.
Now when John logs on to his account without 'Duplicate' in front, he is not able to view his aao statistics or previous forumposts on aaotracker.com. Because these are still connected with his account Duplicate SuperJohn.

Temporary solution
All you have to do for now, is find both your accounts and you'll be able to log in to both. Accounts are easily found by doing a member search for your accountname. If passwords weren't the same, you should be able to log in to the 'Duplicate' acount with your aaotracker password.

This should fix your problems until you're able to merge accounts.

if you login into your aao account (probably has the name "DUPLICATE ***" now) you should see all stuff. The username got changed to Duplicate *** if it could not merge those accounts automaticly due to different email addresses used in both accounts.

MisterEagle, your two accounts actually do have different emailaddresses. Try retrieving the password for your aao account with the following emailaddress: m.dekkers.los@****

The option Homey is creating at the moment will allow you to completely merge both accounts. In other words, all your tracked accounts, posts, guestbook entries and all other stuff will be placed under one website account. So let's say you want to keep your oldest account - which is Duplicate SMINT. You can then move everything from the other account - smint - into your main account. You can then rename the account and set the emailadress you want to use for it.

First get at least 10 minutes of playtime on a tracked AA3 server. Then your name should show up in our database and you'll be able to add your AA3 account.
