Did he tryed all the options available? Meaning: caps-lock on/off, left any spaces between the symbols?

Yes, he(I) did! There aren't spaces between them and caps-lock was off! I did: request password, and I received the password I used!

The original address where you sent the e-mail. The one which sent you the password first.

If not, try the support section on the EA web site.

Went to EA's support-site and found this:
EA support

Hope this helped

welcome to the forums btw

Edit: just read the answer to one of the questions and it said that you need to make a new account. Maybe you can specify the search text more?

I will try to figure it out.
I don't want to lose 170 hours of experience and start all over again! This is impossible! Yesterday I was just playing.. Today I wanted to log in, and my password wasn't there anymore(I had remember password). So I ticked it again, but it just doesn't work! ;'(

EDIT: I'm sending e-mails to them, but I don't expect it will help. I already tried the EA Support button and also the site where I got the Pass Retrieval from, it can't find my way there. It's not clear enough!
I'm getting more desperate with the moment!

Second EDIT: I got an e-mail from one of the adresses back! They don't accept such e-mails. I have to go with the EA Support on the website, but I can't get in there!

Hope it will sort out!

If someone have more tips or can help me! Let me know!

EDIT: I DID IT!! It's working again! I want to thank everyone who helped me!
Markos!! Friend! Thanks!

I e-mailed EA and they told me I had to delete my Battlefield 2 folder in My Documents, they said it wouldn't affect my ranking or something like that(I knew that already).
They said that maybe something was corrupted or something. I deleted it, after that I searched my account again and done!

I have the same problem but then with EA downloader.
My password doesn't work anymore, I requested an email with my password and used it, but it still doesn't work.

Thats funny..it was just yesterday when my password magically dissappeared. I always use the "save Password" feature. It just went away when I quit the game- Strange bug

Hey Panic[NL], maybe you could do what Wiking did.

i had the SAME PROBLEM....search the forums for my last thread and it will give you DETAILED instructions how to fix it
i figured it out...i KNOW i was typing my password right...i just had to figure out a way for BFHQ to recognize it.

http://bf2tracker.com/thread.php?threadi…d&hilightuser=0

this is a link the the thread....youll be playing in no time...im amazed at how many people tried helping you...i had this problem..and everyone told me"YOUR TYPING YOUR PASSWORD WRONG"....OR...."IS CAPS ON???" BUT..i was typing it right the whole time...i just needed to insert the password into the GP file and the my documents folder... UNTIL this happens to you youll think people are typing the password wrong...when we werent...there is a bug somewhere...i got around it..
