AA3game.exe stop work

I had downloading by steam, by deploy and evertime appears this note : aa3game.exe stop work. Maybe cause i use windows 7? I desable firewall and antivirus and it didnt fix. What the problem? HELP ME, please. I tried open like administrator and still didnt.

update your drivers including sound and motherboard.
you using kaspersky 2011?
