Why is it so slow?

I just got an account for americas army 3 and it plays so choppy and slow. I tried cleaning the registry for my computer and uninstalling programs i don't use. I have a windows 7 and it is fast all the time till i play this game. Can anyone help me please?

My computer:
Installed Memory (RAM): 2.00GB
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU T5250 @1.50 GHz 1.50 GHz
System type: 32-bit Operating Systen

its a slow laptop, get a good desktop.
