great first post buddy.. welcome to the site howerver they didnt fail at nothing.. the game is very enjoyable.. since the day of its release I havent touched AA2 a game I played since 03'.. thats how much AA3 is better than AA2.. like AA2 there are bugs and things to work out.. but overall the game is much much better and Im sure hte only thing that sucks is your frag rate.

Doba, That's the worst argumentation I've ever seen.

I think AA2 could be a good game to try and revive, there is no way to compare AA3 and AA2, the playing style is too different for that. The only thing is that AA3 is way less developed. But AA3 shouldn't replace AA2, I think they can fit well together, and I think it would be great if people would still play AA2 more often, it's a game which is pretty good and doesn't deserve to die.

This doesn't mean you shouldn't play AA3 anymore

First of all ive been in this community longer than you its just i dont use tracker usually and i found just this old tracker.

Overall AA2 is for some stupid realistic junkies and to be honest AA2 has still more players than AA3.

whats there to revive? its simply outdated.. but still played.. hey from what I remember people saying on AA.com forum.. more people play AA2 than AA3.. so whats there to revive? sounds to me like its still alive.. personally I wouldnt know, I stoped playing 2 just because im on to newer and what I think is better AA3..

Btw, personally I think the game play is extremely similar, so much that the first day of AA3 I didnt miss a beat..becasue of that I ask how can you not like AA3 when its basically the same game with newer graphics.. and newer bugs.. i dont judge a new game by its bugs.. they will be sorted out.

in my opinion the gameplay is totally different due to other possibilities, shooting and moving is totally different, so in my opinion you can't compare the two.

it looks to me like AA3 is getting more and more players. I realy dont think AA3 sucks, i enjoy it very much and maybe it is because i have an I7 processor and HD4570 with 1G memory that i dont have any problems with lag or so.
I think AA3 will stay and will not die

The thing that gets me is your complaing about the game, when the orignal dev's didnt want to release it becuase they knew it was not then they were proned to push the game out becuase of there contract service's were ending becuase they were moving aa to a new location.....

Sigh you know i remeber a bunch of people complaing when the very frist V.1.0 came out and look how far aa2 got, just give them time, there is no magic designing game's and going back to fix issues

yeah of course aa3 dont need much more hardware then aa2

aa3 is like battelfield or like modern warefare aa3 is totaly different to aa2

aim movement walk run etc.

aa will die when nothing will be changed
and it is true aa3 is destroying the game doesn´t matter if more people start playing aa3 or not

the fact is if aa2 die not body will rember in aa 2 or 3

cause some noobs are dumb to do some changes in user.ini and armyops.ini for that the game run feul
that´s why the run to aa3

how many time i heard inituner and buguser and wallhacker or some thing like
(stupid fcking kids no clue of things)

just delet the aa3 or us army just close the stupid version of aa3 and it would be the best way to save aa2 version
so hard is heard like aa3 is destorying aa as aa2 and aa3

People used to rank on version 2 as well. Remember? Every time a patch would come out, the patch would be flamed and people would say they weren't going play that version. Seems like one shouldn't complain about a free game. AA 3.0 is a different game. 2.xx? isn't coming back. Find a game you like and play that.

how do you know 90% of these players in AA2 simply havent made the switch cause their PC's cant handle AA3? does that mean AA3 sucks.. NO it just meand it will take time for players to convert just like it will take the Devs to fix up AA3 as it took then time in AA2, you dont build an empire over night. I say this becuase =IK= still has players in AA2, and they keep saying they cant play AA3 because of their cheap computers.

yeah man not everyone can afford a new PC everytime a new game comes out... some players can play it but very poorly so they chose not to, unfortunatelly AA3 required a great PC actually with a great PC you can murder people to the point of them calling you a hacker everyday.. trust me I know lol.. and my computer just got x3 better LMAO only now Im playing BC2 for a little while.. but Im already starting to get bored with it.

This is why people dont play AA, the game is not a mainstream kind of game, it is free... people who would be interested in playing a free game are not interested in upgrading their computers. This is why linux and mac was dumped, because no linux nerd would upgrade a perfectly functioning computer just because a game dev didnt want to support an older card.

and what is the graphical differences between AA2 and AA3? little to say the least, most with a good computer will still play with graphics down. Having a better network card would be more of an advantage in my opinion... remember when AA was for older, slower computers, instead of competing with high end games like MW2 and BC2? you still needed a good computer but you didnt need a new one.
