haha no i havent played hospital in a while. I usually pick escort and get SPR and go into 2nd floor or 3rd floor windows or go on the ledge to the left of spawn

spots for the ubecampers (preferably with c so everyone gets pissed off): outside escort building right hand in the corner near esc garden, prone; second floor esc bld at the cracked wall, prone(best ubercamper spot if youre careful); heli escort side prone; sniper ledge escort;
for ambush: middle west wing corridor; roof acces stairs; garage, with 4 other campers
And the lamest ever: loading dock at the back and ambush insertion alley yuck.
Seriously, youre up for more fun and action if you take rpk and let her rip.

I agree, staying in one spot wont get you that many kills. Its all about rushing, then maybe finding a spot where everyone passes. Escort, rush to OP room, have the VIP open the door for you and you can get there right when Ambush is coming in, usually results in a couple kills. Then your free to roam in hospital and then move to WW or PG. On Ambush, rush WW or wait near trucks for helipad rushers. In WW you can sometimes reach a slow VIP before he rounds the corner, and the second truck covers you until the enemy comes down off helipad (surprise). If you really want to camp-----Ambush: rush through loading dock to the doorway that leads to stairs for helipad, wait there and look out the door so you can see the trucks, there you'll get helipad rusher that are moving going WW and loading dock. -----Escort: 2nd floor, look between the pillar and the wall, many poeple think you rush into 2nd floor lobby, and you can see anyone that goes boxes or open the right helipad door.

what annoys me and i fail at is spaming 203`s
-from ambush to escort 1st and 2nd main entrances... always get 1 or 2
-from escort to west wing counter spam (really useful to preven west wingers if ure fast enough)
-escorts from helipad to warehouse cars... shoot the back wall ^^

what i find super killing is uf ure on escort and west wing is open, rush hospital with the rpk and blast the ppl rushing tru west wing and try to stay alive
then go ambush roof and see whats up... it really depends of how the opfors are playing
but yea and the gun u have ^^
i mean if u have the shitty ak74 no scope/ stay close and personal
but im nowhere near good in hosp jsut thigns i picked up along the way

Nahhh... just rush to the roof with 203 open, blow some up and go away. Later I come back and kill them all from roof
