• When you're not able to log in to the game or game account,
  
• when you're not being tracked when you ordinarily should be on that server,
  
• when your honor has changed to 15 or 49;

It may very well be that the Authentication Services of the game are down. This may be due to Scheduled Maintenance or some unforeseen trouble.

There's usually no reason to create a thread about this. It is likely someone already did so and several threads on the same instance of America's Army Network troubles are not needed.

So, before you start a new one check whether there already is a thread on the subject. Also be sure to check the America's Army Network Status: www.americasarmy.com/support/status.php!

If your honor changed to 15 or 49, wait until authentication is back up and your honor will be reset to the proper value. Your honor displayed here at AAOTracker will be reset the next time you play a tracked session.
