That's actually for Windows XP. Here's for other OS:
ANSWER MAC-OSX: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/25Assist/
ANSWER LINUX: /home/USERNAME/25Assist/
ANSWER WINDOWS XP: C:\Documents and settings\USERNAME\Application Data\25Assist\
ANSWER WINDOWS VISTA/7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\25Assist\

Why are you wanting to uninstall? Is there something we can do better with 2.5?

I'm uninstalling because I don't like how the setup is, I don't like how it breaks down the game into parts the way it does, I don't like any of it. just makes me want to move on to AA3. which im going to do. thanks though, I have XP so it all works out lol

What do you mean breaks down the game into parts? It's pretty simple, Assist just replaces the in-game GUI. Just trying to get ideas to make the game and program better. People telling us it sucks does nothing, explain what the issues are and we will do our best to resolve them.

Maybe he was banned...

BTW. In other way he's right... Why do not copy all AA files to the same directory as the 25Assist. I like my SYS driver clean...

I'm not sure what you guys are talking about... all the Assist files are in that one spot. Unless you downloaded and installed 2.5 then installed Assist and it copied the files over? In which case, that's a supported but wrong (IMO) way to do it.

OK...
I have AA 2.5 on H:\
Assist on E:\
Copied by Assist files on C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\25Assist\

Why copied files are not in the same directory as Assist?

That's the default storage spot. You can change it, this is from the readme:

QUESTION: Can I change the location where assist stores the game and data files?

ANSWER: Yes, If you want assist to store its data somewhere else create a folder called '25Assist' in the same place as your 25Assist.exe (and 25Assist Libs) and it will see and use that folder instead of its usual one. You can also MOVE your exising 25Assist from the location mentioned above the the new location.

So deal with it. i didnt like how it was set up, I didnt like how I couldnt navigate FREELY through 2.5. instead just to edit some basic setting i had to close out of game and re load.

I can't find the 25Assist exe under the path you've posted C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\25Assist

My OS is in german but i still can't find the folder path when i'd translate it into german. I simply don't have AppData or Roaming folder
The thing is that a friend of mine has installed 25Assist, but the programm didn't create a shortcut on his desktop. We tried to find the game path so that we could manually create a shortcut, but without success.
Can you help me please?

aa 2.5 is Bridge and Hospital players mostly, not fun at all, and those random kicks for days/weeks is just absurd.

You have to be patient. We need more players, with more players we can fill more servers. So quiting is exactly the wrong thing to do.

I miss AA2 , dont get me wrong. but aftyer experiencing what AA25 Assist is like, it put the icing on the cake. Time to move on. AA2 will never be the same again, it will never be the game it once was again. The Devs did what they wanted to do, and they've practically forced me to try out AA3; which im giving a CHANCE. good luck with your AA25 assist everyone. the biggest thing it made me realize is it's just time to move on already....in AA25 assist it feels like im regressing, going backwards, instead of moving forward. With that said, good luck to the creators of 25Assist and good luck!
