why when i join assault i don't have there guns ?
and talk like them ?

maybe they can do it in 2.9?

if u join assault , u get american weapons.
if u join defence , u get american weapons.
if ur assault and kill an DEFENCE (opfor) u can pick up his gun , wich will be opfor weapon (ak,rpk,mos,svd etc..)
if ur defence and kill ASSAULT(opfor)u can pick up his gun wich will be opfor weapon(AK,RPK,MOS,SVD etc..)
only way u can get AK at the beginning of the round is FORCECLASS.if weapon class is forceclassed to opfor weapons(ak) , u see enemys with AMERICAN weapons , and can pickup american weapons.
hope this clears it up.
and no.. its shit idea.

the game's supposed to be a simulation... i guess in all theroy yes it's more realistic that you, no matter what side, are the american army going for an objective and come across enemies and have to kill before you get an ak. :dry

but i think it'd be nice to see the other side of the story too.... ?(

It wouldnt be good to have ak and stuff at the beggining of the round. I like it the way it is. Cuz now, you can recognise friend or foe by the sound of his gun :yeha:

They did say that, but Pye also stated(later) that 2.8 isnt going to be the last version prior to 3.0.
Its like always, you just never know with this game(devs) ;)
